This week I've spent time thinking about leadership.  My role in my professional associations has changed from one of just learning, to doing, to now teaching.  Monday's Legends Luncheon showed me the need to groom less veteran staff.  While they are still learning their jobs, there is also room to engage them into leadership positions.  I have a long time ahead of me to still lead.
